1.  About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dimensionsseating.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site is operated by Dimensions Seating, [Dimensions Seating Pvt Ltd], a business registered in Pakistan with registered address [Office 503, 5th Floor, Building 143-C, Al Murtaza Lane 2, Phase VIII, DHA, Karachi].

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dimensions Seating. “You” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

 

2.  Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3.  Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, including specifications, dimensions and materials. However:

  • Product images are for illustration. colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and upholstery and finishes may vary slightly between batches.
  • Specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice.
  • Minor variations in dimensions are normal and do not constitute a defect.

We are a distributor of seating products. Manufacturer specifications, warranties and design rights remain those of the respective brand owners.

Where a product is displayed in our showrooms, the showroom sample is the most accurate representation of color and finish.

 

4.  Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout.
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors can occur. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price shown, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or cancel for a full refund.

 

5.  Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and it is dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There has been a pricing or description error
  • We’re unable to verify payment or delivery details
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Delivery to your location isn’t feasible

If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

 

6.  Payment

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank transfer

Products remain the property of Dimensions Seating until payment is received in full.

For bulk and corporate orders, payment terms are agreed in writing at the time of quotation and may require an advance deposit.

 

7.  Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We’re not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays or civil disruption.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

 

8.  Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

9.  Corporate and bulk orders

Bulk and corporate orders are subject to separate written terms confirmed at quotation, which may cover pricing, lead times, delivery scheduling, installation, payment terms and return conditions. Where those terms conflict with these, the written quotation prevails.

 

10.  Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to Dimensions Seating and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Brand names, product names and manufacturer logos are the property of their respective owners.

 

11.  Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the site’s operation
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data without permission
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information

 

12.  User accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

 

13.  Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business.

We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or irrelevant. We do not publish reviews we know to be false.

 

14.  Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products concerned.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

 

16.  Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Please review this page periodically.

 

17.  Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
